Dr. Inestrosa is awarded by their 30 years like educational at the PUC

In the Hall Honor at the Campus Central House, after a religious ceremony realised in the chapel of it yields, was realised the celebration of the Academic Day where was he awarded to the educational ones that they completed 45, 40, 35, 30 and 25 years as academic work.

The ceremony was presided over by the Head Mister of the University, Dr. Pedro Pablo Rosso, the Vice Chancellor, Monsignor Andres Arteaga Manieu, Prorector, Mr. Carlos Williamson Benaprés, Academic Vicerector, Mr. Juan Jose Ugarte Gurruchaga, Economic and Administrative Vicerector, Mrs. Maria Rosa Millán Masa, Comunications and Extention Vicerector, Mrs. Francisca Alessandri Cohn and Vicerector of Investigation and Doctor Grade, Dr. Carlos Vio.

In this opportunity the academic awarded on 25 years teaching were: Sonia del Carmen Vásquez, Villarrica’s Campus, Guillermo Fuxman Motto, Anaesthesiology Department, Juan Mayor Jara, Art’s School, Luis Mariano de la Maza, Philosophy Institute, Jose Francisco Valdes, Surgery Division, Oscar Francisco Godoy, Political Sciences Institute, Pablo Maturana Barahona, Construction’s School, Patricio Donoso Ibañez, Administration’s School, Rene Armando Ríos, Sociology Institute, Rodrigo Jordán, Engineering Department, Ana Maria Edwards, Faculty of Chemistry, Elisa Soto Martinich and Maria Veronica Astroza, Faculty of Education, Maria Silvia Campos, Ángela Castellano Salas and Paz Eugenia Soto, Nurses School.

After continued those professors who had 30 years in the University as it is the case of the Dr. Nibaldo C. Inestrosa, Director of the Center for Aging and Regeneration, CARE, that was awarded next to the Dean of Biológical Sciences Faculty, Dr. Rafael Vicuña Errazuriz, Mauricio Boric Pellerano, Physiological’s Sciences Department, Eduardo Talesnik, Paediatrics’s Department, Rodrigo Moreno Bolton, Respiratory’s Diseases Department, Carlos Videla Cifuentes, Engineering’s and Construction Department, Manuel Corrada and Manuel Humberto Elgueta, Faculty of Mathematics, Raul Leonardo Contreras, Faculty of Chemistry, Susana Bunster, Faculty of Letters and Antonio Bentué, Faculty of Theology.

The Finally prize was to professor Federico Leighton, Cellular and Molecular Biology Department, who was awarded for his 45 years as professor of this house of studies.
