Post-Doctorate for the CARE Competition Call

The Laboratory, which belongs to this out-standing Excellence Scientific and Technological Centre, offers 2 positions for young Researchers in Post-doctorate status.

The candidates, natives or foreigners, will join for, at least, 2 years in the following research areas:

1. Evaluation of Wnt pathway's function in the adult animal's nervous system, including Alzheimer's disease genetically modified animal models, using hippocampus slices records, LTP and studies of synaptic recipients subunits traffic connected to GFP.

2. Study of the action mechanism of natural products that improve the memory of double genetically modified animals (APPswe + PSEN15E9), including its action on NMDA's recipients, TRPC6 channels and its relation with the Wnt signalling pathway.

The interested ones must possess Science, Medicine, Veterinary or equivalent Medicine Doctor's degree.
